The thing you really want to see starts only at 1:03, hehe, sorry.

Touhou project #10 - The Venerable Ancient Battlefield ~ Suwa Foughten Field (english title) (Stage 6 boss - Kanako Yasaka's theme)

Mountain of Faith video game by Team Shanghai Alice

Out of pretty much all that came out of ZUN's sensational creative mind, this final boss theme is among the most fun to learn and to play: it is diverse enough on the fingerboard and not too hard (none of the usual over the top keyboard lines punched manywhere in most of his songs).

Personally I always found this song to feel like a lot of classical RPG battle themes (especially the power chord chorus being tense and anger-releasing just to make you stiff and sweaty), stereotypical like pretty much like most of MoF's stage BGM which resembles to Pocky & Rocky's adventures on the SNES. It makes the songs a little a tad more cheesy and grounded compared to the older touhou, I guess it could be used as an aperitif for you to first apprehend the genre before undertaking the high-pitched and otherwordly Perfect Cherry Blossom which is a lot more touhou-like and of an unorthodox fantastic.

This video was made with the best take I could make out of this evening playing the same song over and over for about one and a half hour... still it is full of mistakes and some passage just doesn't sound like if it is was a pro playing, I hope you're enjoying it anyway.

Here's the Guitar Pro tab I used to get know how to play the song:

Tunes used in the video:
