I wanted my torso to be at 45* during this set and I did my best to keep my torso at that angle. I definitely wasn't at my full strength today, but this set still felt good. I could have done a couple more reps, but I got lazy, lol. I wanted to do these in a more strict fashion, but when you have a lot of weight on it, just the sheer momentum moved my torso.
