Simulated TO and flight of a ParkZone Super Decathlon BL PnP R/C Plane using a replacement Master Airscrew [MAS] 8x6x3-blade in lieu of the stock 2-blade that comes with the unit. Used a "Watts Up" in-line analyzer for testing.
Most queries did not provide much info for this substitution, and even Parkzone suggested that this prop might overload the plane's ESC and motor by providing too high a load for the system.
I employed basic cruise flight conditions static [no flight/on bench] and the results showed way better thrust and nominal loading of the motor and electronics! Can easily be used safely. at least 12min flight time using 800mAh 2S LiPO batteries [10C/15C burst]
