Let it all out...

Last August Bank Holiday deep in the Sussex countryside our expectations were well and truly smashed, our hearts and minds were blown wide open as our bodies sweated and stretched from sun-up to sun-down. And on that glorious weekend over delicious shared meals and campfire camaraderie, Exhale Festival was born!
A huge heart-felt thanks to everyone that made it possible, it was indeed a beautiful gathering because everyone that came fully participated and made it their festival. We knew we had to do it again next year… Twice!

So for 2015 we are back at Fairoaks Farm for August Bank Holiday, this time with an additional bigger barn/yoga space, better showers, hot tubs, more stalls, and the usual tasty food made for you so that you can just practise yoga, have fun and connect with others. We will be bringing even more exciting live music throughout the day, more workshops, talks, more DJs, and a bigger even more spectacular Black and Light Yoga!

For 2015 we are also thrilled to announce Exhale Festival Espana! This coming Easter weekend we will decamp our mats, gongs, turntables and UV lights the beautiful Suryalila retreat centre in Andalusia, Southern Spain. Suryalila is already host the the world's biggest yoga teachers as their huge purpose built yoga dome means workshops of up to 75 people! - Perfect for Yoga Raving! Add to that glorious Spanish sunshine, a fresh water pool, breathtaking views, delicious organic vegetarian food cooked for you, plus accommodation to suit every taste and pocket, what better way to shake off the winter and feel the sap rise!

So join us at Exhale with an all star cast of Yogis and musical guests from around the globe to celebrate love, life and stretching!
