How to order a DNA or protein sequence online? This tutorial video demonstrates how to -- quick and easy - order a sequence that does not need any edits within the GeneArt® online order portal. You will learn how to enter a sequence and further basic information into the gene synthesis form.

This tutorial describes how quick and easy it is to order a sequence which doesn't need any editing or optimization.
The "Enter Sequence" tab of the gene synthesis form is the only one required. Enter your sequence name, choose whether to enter your sequence as DNA or protein, and paste your sequence into the tool. Select the bio safety level for your project. You are now finished and can proceed by clicking the [Save & Close] button.
The following options may also be interesting to you: The lower part of the form allows you to add general information about your sequence and select additional service options. Note that Express or SuperSPEED service can be chosen later in the process on the project summary page, before adding your project to the cart.
At any time you can check your sequence in the "sequence summary" tab. Here you also can download the sequence in different formats, as well as a printable pdf version of the sequence summary.
Save & close the form, and you are ready to add your gene synthesis project to the cart.
