How to make a castor oil pack compress. The castor pack is part of the liver flush protocol. Castor oil is known for its amazing healing qualities. People have known to release liver stones and gall stones by just the castor pack alone. When combined with the liver flush you have a great opportunity to maximize your results. You will need castor oil, 4"x6" cotton cloth, plastic wrap and a hot water bottle. Place generous amounts of castor oil on your cloth and place it over your liver. Then wrap it to your body with plastic wrap. Boil some water and place it in your hot water bottle and lay down with the hot water bottle over your castor compress. You will apply heat for 1 hr then take the castor compress off and save it in the fridge for tomorrow. The castor pack is to be used for 3-4 days leading to the liver flush. You will want to the the castor pack at least once per day, preferably 2-3 times per day but do only what your schedule allows. The purpose of the castor pack is to loosen up stones and debris in the liver as well as to pull toxins out of the liver. Castor packs stimulates the liver to go into detox mode. If you have a busy schedule you might find it best to do 1 castor pack in the evening before going to bed. If you decide to go this way maybe do it for 6-7 days leading to the flush.

You can use castor oil to treat arthritis by applying it topically to the arthritic area. If you have arthritis in your hands you can soak cotton gloves in castor oil and wear them as desired for 20-30 min at a time and it will very much help your arthritis.
