As the two helpless policemen grapple with this unusually strong youth (or is it the police who are so weak?) his friends capture the whole incident on their mobile phone. Notice how they taunt and tease the police during the entire episode - a true reflection of the lack of respect for the law and the pathetic upbringing these youths have in the new England.

English Chavs and Hooligans = 10 point
English Police = 0 points

Sadly another incident that yet again makes England the laughing stock of the world. No doubt who won this one because even if the police did manage to arrest this youth, they would have to let him out again because he is under age! Justice in England.

With all due respect to everyone only one of those Police Officers can arrest the scumbag the other is a PCSO who really can't but kindly helps out. If "red tape" allowed them to they'd probably have smashed his face into a wall or something but unfortunately they have got to think of the "suspects" safety and well-being. TBH it shouldn't have applied in this instance, i'd have sprayed the little s**t and hit him with baton!

The English cops really need to all go on a fitness programme.  That skinny little runt would have been sat on and handcuffed in a quarter of the time in the USA...  in Russia he'd have been slammed to the ground or shot.  Lucky he lives in a soft liberal decaying society that gives all the rights to the crims.
