When you upload your activity, can you see it on your Nike Running app on your iPhone? Like you can if you use your iPhone for tracking your run? Does the watch tell you your average pace each time you run a mile/km? Is the chip waterproof and does it have to be in the shoes? (maybe a stupid question :-)

you can track your run without it, the shoe pod is used when you run somewhere that the watch will struggle to find gps signal, ie, in the gym or if you run through tunnels.

Do u need this small censor in the shoe? Or you can track without it?
it took her 18mins to run 1200m WTF? my grandmother would run quicker
