Here are my results for my first powerlifting competition. I had so much fun - I'm addicted! I am going to stick with powerlifting and try to build my total over time. I'm a great deadlifter and an amazing curler (the curl is optional in the 100% Raw Federation - the full powerlifting meet is still the squat/bench/deadlift), but my squat and bench aren't impressive. I feel I could have totaled around 40 pounds higher if I made better weight decisions, but it's all a learning experience. Going to post a blog about the experience.
