Vanilla Latte
2 cups whipping cream
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 vanilla bean
¼ cup espresso

Using an electric mixer, whip cream and condensed milk until light and fluffy. Using a rubber spatula, fold in vanilla bean seeds and espresso. Transfer mixture to a freezer-safe dish and freeze for 6-8 hours, or until completely frozen.

Matcha Mint
2 cups whipping cream
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 tbsp matcha powder
1 tsp peppermint extract
¼ cup pistachios, chopped

Using an electric mixer, whip cream and condensed milk until light and fluffy. Add in matcha powder and peppermint extract and whip until well combined. Using a rubber spatula, fold in pistachios. Transfer mixture to a freezer-safe dish and freeze for 6-8 hours or until completely frozen.

Very Berry Cheesecake
2 cups whipping cream
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
½ cup whipped cream cheese
½ cup mixed berries, crushed or chopped
½ cup graham crackers, crushed

Using an electric mixer, whip together cream and condensed milk until light and fluffy. Add cream cheese and whip until well combined. Using a rubber spatula, fold in mixed berries and graham crackers. Transfer mixture into a freezer-safe dish and freeze for 6-8 hours or until completely frozen.

Death By Chocolate
2 cups whipping cream
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
⅓ cup boxed brownie mix
½ cup semi sweet chocolate chunks
½ cup white chocolate chunks
¼ cup fudge sauce

Using an electric mixer, whip cream with condensed milk until light and fluffy. Add brownie box mix and whip until well combined. Using a rubber spatula, gently fold in chocolate chunks and transfer to a freezer-safe dish. Drizzle over fudge sauce and freeze for 6-8 hours or until completely frozen.

Maple Bacon
2 cups whipping cream
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 tbsp maple syrup
¼ cup pecans, chopped
¼ cup bacon, cooked and chopped

Using an electric mixer, whip cream and condensed milk until light and fluffy. Using a rubber spatula, gently fold in maple syrup, pecans and bacon. Transfer mixture to a freezer-safe dish and freeze for 6-8 hours or until completely frozen.
