Paul 'Skinny' Kelly: A slideshow which features some of his own music, some of his influences, and a handful of his friends. Obviously woefully inadequate in such that it has come from photos that I have, or have snaffled off the internet. So even though it really should be much more balanced with photo's of his early days in Paranoid Visions for example, and including all his many, many friends - it is what it is. Just something to watch when sparing a thought for the big fella.
When I was in ANCO with him we got to see the first Mad Max there as a Christmas treat. Many years later when 'The Road Warrior' came out I remember we were all cutting about the Glastonbury festival shouting quotes from that. Pus in his German helmet with 'Hell Head' inscribed on the side made 'You can run, but you can't hide!' his own. While Skinny would do the 'Greetings from the Lord Humungus', then and for many sessions afterwards.
He'll be going bleedin' mad that I done this, as our musical tastes weren't as one, he liked metal - the very heavy stuff, alongside punk. I think photo's of him playing with Coldwar, totally immersed and lost in the music, show he was at home there. But until someone does a decent one, sorry Skinzo, but it'll have to do... R.I.P big man.
