With more than 85,000 students, private Mexican university Monterrey Institute of Technology needed a powerful IT platform to meet the increased data demands of students and staff. By engaging the IBM Systems Director tool to improve hardware health monitoring, the university could unify systems across platforms and locations to improve connectivity across the campus. This also translated to a 30% increase in IT administration productivity and a 20% reduction in IT administration costs.
