For everyone wondering how much Tylose was used, here's your answer. I went and watched another YouTube video which more or less was a replica. The ingredients are: - 7+1 cup icing sugar/confectioner sugar/powder sugar - 4 egg whites - 1/4 cup Tylose(12 tsp or 4 tbsp, however one likes to measure it) - vegetable shortening for hand greasing
