1/4 cup cashews* 1/4 cup macadamia nuts
* 1 1/2 tbsp flaxseed
* 1 tbsp maca powder
* 1 tbsp coconut oil
* 1 banana
* 1/2 cup dates
* 2 cups coconut water
* Ice
* Blender

Make Your Smoothie

This delicious smoothie is packed with nutritious ingredients that will naturally raise your energy and aid your metabolism. 1. Start off by placing the cashews and macadamia nuts in the blender, along with a little bit of the coconut water. Blend them up with a high speed to break down the nuts and start a base for the smoothie. 2. Now add the flaxseed, maca powder, coconut oil, broken-up banana pieces and the rest of the coconut water. Blend the ingredients well. 3. If you want your smoothie to be sweeter, add the dates to taste. 4. To give your smoothie a milkshake consistency, add a few pieces of ice and blend well. Alternatively, you can freeze the banana ahead of time instead of using ice.5. Serve your banana cream pie smoothie!Â
