The autopsy of 6-year-old Nick Allore of Temperance, Mich. who collapsed and died at the Toledo Zoo June 9 while he was on a field trip with his fellow Smith Road Elementary classmates, reveals that he died of untreated Congestive Heart Failure. That discovery is raising questions about how this medical issue could have been prevented.
