This album starts straight into the main topic.
From the first seconds, a cold wind is blowing over your ears just before a roaring and regular bass slowly fades in, representing for me the immensity of the ice fields, going out of sight after the horizon, in every direction.
You begin this one-way journey in the middle of the South Pole, without any mark of time or location. You don't remember how you got here, but you already regret it.
It's still the day, you can see a halo of light above the thickness of the blizzard, but it's not warming you at all under your clothes. The only thing that you can do is walk forward and hope for some luck.
The field recordings of the wind step aside for various synthesizers notes, translating your condition : lost, but still willing to find a trace of civilization that will welcome you, sheltered from this inhospitable land. But it could be your imagination too.
Isolated in the middle of nowhere, bitten by the cold, you start to hope too much and see your home, your relatives, the sun, and start to fall in a chasm you won't escape if you dream too much, because the wind is still here, more than ever, even if you can't hear it anymore. So get back to reality before the Pole takes you.
