Paleo Wraps? Yes, They really do exist and don't fall apart. Paleo Wraps from the Julian Bakery are delicious, low carb and easily digested. Paleo Wraps are coming in 2013 and are currently sold in the La Jolla retail store Julian Bakery owns. This is Dan from Primal4Life bringing you an "Arugula egg and goat cheese Paleo Wrap." Yes, I said "wrap!" I am a huge fan of trying new things, and today's breakfast is definitely new!!! Thanks to Julian Bakery expanding their line-up, what we have here is a delicious Paleo Wrap made with all natural ingredients such as coconut flour, cauliflower and egg whites! Contrary to other wraps that I have tried in the past, this one had flavor, and it did not break apart on me while enjoying my breakfast. Ka-Ching!! I am a happy camper already! There is nothing more annoying than when your breakfast falls apart in your hands, crumbling onto your plate. Not today! And the fact that these Paleo Wraps are grain and gluten free, soy and dairy free, and has cruciferous veggies built in along with healthy fats from the coconut flour is mind boggling! Normally wraps are "less bad" than having bread... This is not the case here, or with Julian Bakery's Paleo Bread; these babies promote wellness, and no blood sugar spike to tag along with the meal!

Using my toaster oven, I toasted my wrap for approximately three minutes. Meanwhile, two locally farmed eggs were cooking in my frying pan with a dab of coconut oil. I pre-washed some arugula and had some fresh Italian raw goat cheese set aside. Once the eggs were done, I transferred them to my wrap, with a few thin slivers of my raw goat cheese... Then I spread some spicy arugula on top of it all. A little salt and pepper, and a quick roll of the Paleo Wrap and breakfast is served!
Today's Paleo Wrap with arugula eggs and goat cheese was so tasty, I made another one!! Yes, that good! Prior to this wrap, I had others that, like typical bread, would cause my blood and insulin levels to spike. I could feel my heart race a little... And I would also get occasional eczema rashes or even would have to lie down on my couch. I do suffer from some autoimmune issues unfortunately. Fortunately, Julian Bakery has become my savior, and I am here to spread the word. Eating a low inflammation diet is key; and Paleo Wraps are one of those keys to your health!
I love how Julian Bakery's line-up is expanding exponentially. At first I heard of a company that had this so called "Paleo Bread." I tried it and to my amazement, I did not suffer from any side-effects like some other "gluten-free breads" would cause me. Now Julian Bakery is expanding to wraps, bars, nut butters, cook books, even beef jerky! The Paleo support is tremendous and as you can tell Julian Bakery is a company that cares about their customers' health. Currently, Julian Bakery is offering their awesome Paleo Wraps in their La Jolla, California location. But they have plans on shipping this year, so stay tuned folks!
