Mugen #690: Space Pirate

Since Outlaw Star was one of my favorite animes of all, I figure I should reference it.

Now, I don't have anything against NAO&M at all. In fact, I think they're actually fairly good creators. However, they seem to make one big mistake with each char; really high damage. A lot of K''s attacks seem to do some rather high damage here. He also doesn't seem to stray that far from K' either, though that's not that bad. CLSNs seem a bit unfair. Really, what you'd expect to find in one of these is there. However, its not bad at all.

Ruby Heart is a char I never really had all that much interest in, and for what reason, I wish I knew. To my knowledge, only Beximus and possibly Kong (oh god) have converted her. Now, like Tron and Rose, Ruby has some definite damage scaling issues, especially on QCF+2K. QCF+P gets rather hard to control at times. B and C versions of QCB+K have some major startup time. Also, one super has a really annoying command, C,Y,D,B,Z, but it's fun. If not blocked, the opponent is placed in a barrel. Your P and K commands will pick a chest, and two things (more?) can happen. A circle with an X means the barrel explodes and the opponent takes no damage. A sword means the barrel is impaled a few times and the opponent doesn't get out without some battle damage. She's actually really fun.
