Vladimir Putin was happy to address concerns he meddled in the American election and helped get Donald Trump elected while appearing at the international Arctic Forum in Arkhangelsk, Russia.

Putin made clear that such allegations were "absurd". He calls the behavior of conspiracy theorist "irresponsible" and hopes in due time it comes to an end.
