Penny LeGate joins Gina Davis on KIRO TV's Better Northwest show to learn more about the Sleep Country Coat Drive.

Bring your donation of a new coat for Foster Kids to your local Sleep Country store through October 30th!

Long chilly winters and blustery rainy days make staying dry with raincoats and warm jackets a necessity for Pacific Northwest residents. Unfortunately, many foster children don't have a proper coat to keep them bundled up and cozy during the cooler months and often outgrow their jackets before foster families can replace them.

With over 10,000 Northwest children entering foster care each year, the small donation of one warm coat can make a big difference in the everyday lives of these children.

Sleep Country is collecting coats through October 30th and donations will be distributed among Sleep Country's partner foster organizations.
