SIPRI interviewed His Excellency Gudlaugur Thór Thórdarson during his visit to SIPRI in January 2018.

Gudlaugur Thór Thórdarson is the Minister of Foreign Affairs for Iceland. Here, he discusses key current security challenges in the High North, reasons for being hopeful and the upcoming Icelandic chairing of the Arctic Council.
