#BeHealthyForYou at the STAR Program promotes the notion that health begins with yourself, and encompasses all aspects of your life, including your relationships, your work, and your physical health. It also conveys the importance of taking time to scan our bodies to identify how we feel, and motivates the community to take the time for incorporating healthy activities that make us feel better about ourselves, whether it be running, dancing, meditating, writing, yoga, music, etc.
