Excluding the contacts, all materials cost me about $100. Overall, labor took about 1-2 weeks of work on and off.
Before you ask:

-Jacket and skirt were bought from stores at the mall; I sewed on the thorn patterns using red pleather

-Wig was created originally from a long red kanekalon wig. I tied back the hair and cut it, added in extensions and turned them into ponytail clips

-Hat is powered with lithium coin batteries and lighted with jumbo red LED's you can find at Radio Shack

-Skulls (aside from the hair clips) were all scuplted using Super Sculptey, primered and painted in acrylics and finally sealed

-Stockings were painted using black acrylic paint mixed with textile medium so it's machine safe to wash

-Fangs were ANNOYING. The deltal cement compound was less effective than bubble gum. I had to take them out 30 minutes later

The contacts are also prescription (at -5, I'm blind) and can be bought here if anyone is interested:

They also have the cheapest Sharingan contacts I've seen online.

I couldn't stay long at the event because I was horribly exhausted and all the hotels downtown were booked! Nevertheless, I had a great time making this costume and at the event. I hope you guys enjoy as well! I'll be doing more cosplays in other genres in the future and might make a second channel for it.

If any of this hasn't covered your questions, feel free to ask! :)
