On May 16, 2012 I caught a steam engine double-header on the Grand Canyon Railway. The special was being operated as the "Grand Canyon Limited" and had been running around So. Cal and Arizona for a few days now. On this day they added one of the GCR steamers to the point and ran it to the Grand Canyon and back. Also included is Amtrak Heritage engine #66. This clip shows the long approach and run-by around MP. 8 on the GCR as the train rolls north to the Canyon.
