(Video 11): The Legacy of the Cold War:

On Tuesday, April 14, 2008, a roundtable discussion was held in Washington, D.C., at the office of Friends of the Earth. The topic generally dealt with the nexus between Climate Change, National Security and Global Security, in relationship to other relevant and evolving domestic and international issues. The participants were: Elizabeth Bast, Friends of the Earth; Kevin Zeese, Voters for Peace; Linda Schade, Climate Security Project for Voters for Peace; Paul Walker, Global Green USA; Brent Blackwelder, Friends of the Earth and Peter ODriscoll, ActionAID, USA. Ms. Schade also served as the modertor for the event.
