Agata Wiatrowska has been around horses since childhood and even ran her own riding school for ten years before embarking on business studies and a consulting career which took her around the world and into the boardrooms of global financial institutions but since 2005 she has been back in the saddle permanently, running leadership training courses with the assistance of her four-legged friends. She is a certified Horse Assisted Education trainer and serves on the board of the European Association of Horse Assisted Education.

Agata's talk at TEDxWarsaw http://tedxwarsaw.com deals with how horses are excellent teachers of the qualities required in great leaders - humility, responsibility to others and effective collaboration. (In Polish)
