[Delicious SEOUL Story] SONGPYEON - traditional Chuseok rice cakes

Hello, we are from Vietnam and this is our entry for Delicious SEOUL Story contest 2012 : )
- Our ingredients & preparations seems abit different from the list due to some errors while making the video -_- but you can see our steps clearly with subs (☆^O^☆

* About ingredients:
- 500g (5 cups) short grain rice powder
- Coloring ingredientsL: 7g gardenia soaked water, 2.5g mugwort powder, 8g cherry liquid, 1g cinnamon powder

* Fillings:
- 50g fresh green bean, 12g sugar, 1g salt, 30g sesame seeds, 9.5g honey, 30g sweetbean, 13g sesame oil, 0.6g cinnamon powder, 300g pine needles.

* Preparation:
1. Soak gardenia in water for 30mins to make gardenia soaked water
2. Rinse pine needles in water and drain water
3. Soak sweetbean in 5 hours to prepare for the disk

* How to make Songpyeon:

1. Split rice powder into 4 parts, mix each part with each color, knead rice powder carefully with hot water then put them in fridge in 15 minutes
2. Stew sweet bean with boiling water while mix brown sugar and sesame seeds with grinded green bean
3. Take a little piece of rice powder, roll into balls and make a concave mark with your thumb, put green bean inside then roll again till it becomes semicircle shape
4. Take sweetbean out, grind carefully and mix it with brown sugar
5. Pour water to saucepan and when water boils, put pine needles with semicircle-shaped powder into saucepan for 20 minutes, high heat
6. After 20 minutes, take them out and put in cold water. Then take them all, put on dish
