In this episode, Stephanie leads us through a KILLER lower body workout! This is one of her favorites to build a lean, toned glutes and legs. She's gotten in killer shape by doing workouts like these, and I'm excited to be sharing them with you!
Here's how to do it:
1 LEGGED BURPEE - 10 REPS: Just like a burpee, but on one foot! Cross your left foot behind your right, and do the burpees as normal. Alternate the feet you use each set.
1 LEGGED TOE TOUCH - 10 REPS: Stand on your right foot. Swing your left leg behind you, and bend at the waist to touch your toes. Don't just bend down with your back -- really swing your leg back and extend your upper body, so your leg and upper body are in a straight line when you touch your toe.
STAND BACK TOWEL RAISES - 10 REPS: Hold the towel over your head, TIGHT! Bend at the waist without rounding your back, until your upper body is horizontal. Keeping your back straight, use your hips to go back up to the standing position.
HOW TO PUT IT ALL TOGETHER: Do four sets of each exercise, cycling between the 3 exercises with no rest between sets.
Man...I was SORE after filming this! Workouts like these are GREAT for women who want to get a lean, toned lower body like Steph. And believe me, it's a killer workout for guys who want to get lean and ripped as well!
