"Ministry of Justice (Conductor)" - Part of the WARCHESTRA series

In October 2009, the Ministry of Justice in the heart of Baghdad was devastated in a double suicide bomb attack. The bombing killed over 150 people and injured over 520. A nursery located at the Ministry was eradicated and a school bus carrying children was also hit; an estimated 60 children perished in the rubble.
A monument of Iraq's first monarch, King Faisal I, survived the attack unscathed.
The conductor alludes to the political groups, individuals and organized militias who orchestrate and conduct such major attacks on the Iraqi people. His identity is concealed.
