A video showing how I replaced a rusted Gas Neck in my 2000 Ford Explorer. I bought the filler neck from 1A Auto Supply. Fast two-day delivery and the best price I could find. They also have 'How to' auto repair videos on-site and YouTube.

ADDED FEB 16, 2015:
Got a few safety statements in the comments, Just want to say that my job is done, it will be 10 years before I have to do it again and my little Explorer is 15 yrs old now,so go figure. If you have a rusted filler neck that needs replacing, don't do it if you don't feel comfortable working on a gas line, even a static spark from your hair or clothing can set it off. Disconnect the battery. My fuel level was near empty, but it only takes a few ounces burning gas vapors to spoil your day and if you can get to your hose clamp screws without using a dremel tool, don't use a dremel tool. A rusted fuel filler neck needs to be replaced for health, safety and testing, so get 'er done.
