Here I am talking about how the type of injuries your incur can point to where you need to correct your practice. My general hypothesis is that Bone Level injuries such as joint pain, sprains, cartilage damage etc..point to Bone Level errors, generally bad posture. Muscle Level injuries such as muscle strains, tears and tendonitis point to Muscle Level errors, generally using too much or too little strength in a given movement. Energy Level issues such as hyperactivity, unusual tiredness, depression, indigestion, and emotional problems point to Energy Level errors, generally blocks in the energetic system of the body. Spiritual Issues like being self-absorbed, inconsiderate, ego maniacal and power-obssessed point to Spirit Level errors, generally too much emphasis on self and not enough on one's place in the larger Universe. Each can be addressed by doing the appropriate work for that level.
