This is a brief documentary about Kerri Strug that was narrated by John Tesh and aired on NBC sometime between July 25 and July 28 during the 1996 Olympics. Besides footage of her famous vault (time 10:38), the documentary also shows video of another injury she sustained during a small meet in Palm Springs, California, in August 1994 (time 4:37). Namely, Kerri lost her grip on one of the uneven bars, hit the floor hard, and severely pulled her back muscles. Her painful injury would take six months of rehabilitation.
