Quitting Smoking and Digestive Issues

I quit smoking about 4 months hell yah for me! I have had digestive issues since I quit smoking not hell yah for me. Don’t let this scare you, I recommend quitting no matter how hard it is. You need to do try everything until you get freedom from the nicotine. What finally saved me, hypnosis.

My number one piece of advice is go to a naturopathic doctor to see what diet and supplement plan he thinks you should go on after you quit. I have a had whole host of different issues since I quit smoking, none of them good. To name a few: adrenal fatigue, diarrhea and constipation the list goes on!

A couple tips that I have from my own personal experience:
Cut out all processed foods.
Juice fruit and veggies.
Take probiotics.
Eat yogurt.
Cut out all sugar.
Cut out gluten.
Cut out inflammatory foods.

quitting smoking, smoking cessation, quitting smoking digestive issues, gorgeous mayhem
