Interapptive, ShipWorks: Adding your Amazon Seller Central Account.
Here is a quick walkthrough on how to add an Amazon Seller Central store to your ShipWorks program. This is also the same basic steps you would need to take every 12 months when your x.509 certificates expire, per Amazon.
If you're updating current keys, not adding a new store:
In v2.9 click Manage -- Manage Stores -- Amazon Seller Central Tab -- Amazon Certificate button -- then create a new x.509 certificate and private key, download, then import the saved files into ShipWorks.
In v3 click Manage -- Stores -- Amazone Seller Central store -- Edit -- Online Account section -- click Import button -- follow steps to create a new x.509 and private key, download, then import the saved files into ShipWorks.
