Pull-Apart Bacon Bread

12 bacon strip diced
2 tubes (12oz each) refrigerated buttermilk biscuit dough
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon Italian salad dressing mix
2 tsp olive oil

Note: I couldn't find the Italian salad dressing mix so I simply used 2 tablespoons of bottled Italian dressing

Fry diced bacon until cooked but not too crispy
Cut buttermilk biscuit dough pieces into four pieces.
In a small bowl combine cheese and Italian dressing.
Place half the biscuit dough pieces in the bottom of a greased tube pan and sprinkle with half of the cheese mixture. Top with remaining biscuit pieces and cheese mixture.
Bake at 375 F for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Cool 5 minutes and remove from pan onto serving dish.
