Brewing a vienna lager at home, all grain.

One of the few remaining commercial examples of this style of beer is Dos Equis Amber, which my beer tries to emulate.

Here we perform the mash and then sparge the sweet wort out of the mash. I use a two pass batch sparge in this video.
