145lb deadlift for 1x5 on Nov 26, 2010 - form check please

I feel like I'm not low enough when I begin the lift, like I'm bending too far forward and not bending my knees enough. I'm definitely working the muscles and DL's aren't hurting my back at all but I'm wondering if I'm correct in how I'm doing this. Everything I read says to bend over enough to grab the bar and your hips will be in the correct position and thats just what I'm doing
