I had felt no VR / motion sickness myself while playing (nor any in the 3 hours of finishing off the last bit of Lone Echo's campaign before this), but I have noticed that many people might feel some nausea when playing in VR (especially with locomotion! )
I was originally going to show some footage of continuous rotation in Lone Echo but it was scheduled for an update right when I set up my PC to record. So instead, I gave Echo Arena a try for the first time and it's pretty fun!
This mini compilation is more to show some of the movements that you can do with continuous rotation turned on (also enabled: Yaw + Pitch + Roll), which was a really fun way to play Lone Echo and also works fairly well in multiplayer too (might need to increase my turning speeds now that it's competitive?).
All in all: Lone Echo was VERY cool, and I'm glad to see Echo Arena is a good deal of fun too! Can't wait to play it again soon :D
