The Lyrics were written my Freshman year in college, the music over a decade later.

In a February night
Where inside is spite
And outside blows a breeze
Through brown grass and bald trees
I spy an old man
With an old cane
In his cold eyes
There was something insane
He said to me
The band is ugly

The rats are leaving the ship
Which once was gold
But now is old
Away and away they slip
To foreign lands
Where they can lay their hands
Suck the blood
And sleep in mud

Flat lights echo from red bricks
As the rats perform their tricks
Curtains of rayon
On which flies lay on
Hide with glass
A drop of sass

A black stereo thumps and moans
Little throats begin to groan
They pass round a pipe
They laugh with delight
How silly we are
Tonight is the night
We'll sleep in a jar
Under the ceiling
And then boys and girls we'll go reeling

A barrel of beer
Which leaves a tear
Miles away
Smiles away
Tigers of steel
Yell o and real
They gallop with smoke
The mountains will choke
The rats are worried
They soon will be buried
