bash-life.sh [1] (GitHub [2]) is an implementation of Conway's Game of Life simulation in Bash, so don't expect that it could have good performance.

This game does very basic, you set up [space] some cells and start [s]. No reset, random, or anything else.

The implementation is quite interesting, because this is probably the only project written in Bash that I have ever seen to split in that degree, 17 Bash files only for 430 lines of code after excluding comment and blank lines.
