THESE 5 EXERCISES ARE GREAT BODY WEIGHT EXERCISES, FOR LIFTING AND TONING THE BUTT.
1. Wide stance squats or sumo squats are great for working on your gluteus medius muscles.
2. Jump rope with high knees will pump up your hearth, so you increase your oxygen intake and burn more calories throughout the session. You will get rid of the extra fat on your bum and also build lean muscle tissue in your entire body.
3. Split squat followed with a butt kick ( leg extension) are great for building the gluteus maximus muscle.
