In the summer of 2012, 126 people spent two months at sea on board the Joides Resolution. Their goal: Collect samples from the floor of the North Atlantic and learn what Earth's climate was like tens of millions of years ago. In this second video (part 2 of 3), we learn what it takes to pull up samples of the sea floor onto the deck of a moving boat.
