AIDS in San Diego- Host Gloria Penner and her guests focus on the AIDS epidemic in the African-American community. We bring together a doctor who runs a Southeast San Diego medical clinic with a large African-American clientele, and a health workers who runs an HIV prevention program targeting African-Americans to talk about why the disease has spiraled among blacks, what’s being done to stop it, and why more hasn’t been done.
