The Prime Minister pays tribute to the "exceptional men and women" of the emergency services after an attack on Westminster Bridge and the grounds of Parliament in London left four people dead and 20 more injured.

Among the four killed were a police officer, two pedestrians and the attacker, who was shot by armed officers.
