CAPP (Conference for Asian Pacific Pre-Professionalism) is a conference geared towards undergraduate students hoping to further leadership, career, and academic growth. As a pre-professional organization, Pilipino-Americans in Social Studies (PASS) strives to promote the values of high education, foster mental growth, and instill in students positive beliefs that will give them the strength and confidence to pursue professional careers after graduation. CAPP provides undergraduates with the opportunity to network and promote diversity in various fields such as business and non-profit areas where Asians/Pacific Islanders are underrepresented. For our 8th annual conference, we are focusing on the next generation workforce and the work field students will be entering. Job opportunities continue to change with the constant growth of technology. Our focus is to provide students with the tools and resources to adapt to these constant changes through various workshops on branding, taking action in the community, and networking.
