We're here to keep Greater Philly transit riders in-the-know and provide information on when and how to speak up if you see something out of the ordinary.
The regional "Look Up. Speak Up." public awareness campaign seeks to educate transit riders and residents of the Greater Philadelphia area about the importance of being aware of their surroundings and reporting suspicious activity on and around SEPTA and PATCO stations, platform, trains, vehicles and property.
Tips should be reported to the Delaware Valley Intelligence Center (DVIC) by calling #1776 from a mobile phone or (215) 897-0979 from a landline. Email tips can be reported through a link available on www.LookUpSpeakUp.com.
"Look Up. Speak Up." is funded by a grant from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
