'Laudato si' - Praised be - is not only the title of the Pope's new encyclical letter, it's also the introductory phrase to eight verses of St Francis of Assisi's famous prayer thanking God for the gifts of creation - the 'Canticle of the Creatures' or 'Canticle of Brother Sun'.
