A few of my fig tree collection:

1. Fig Texas Everbearing or 'Brown Turkey'

Also called: Everbearing, Harrison, Ramsey, Lee's Perpetual, Eastern Brown Turkey, and Brunswick.

Produces sweet, high quality edible figs. Most widely grown variety. Rivals 'Celeste' in popularity. Moderate size fruit of bronze color with medium eye opening. Ripens in late July until late fall and will fruit following severe freeze damage.

2. Magnolia Fig

The most popular canning fig in the south. Tends toward souring and splitting if weather is wet. This can be reduced by picking just before maturity and used as preserves. Brown skin and amber pulp. Will bear after severe freeze.

3. Fig 'Black Mission'

Produces large fruit that are deep purple.

Origin: Balereac Islands. Deep purple skin and strawberry red flesh. Edible seeds. Medium eye
