In this video I am using the Morgan Carbtune II to synchronize the throttle bodies on my 2005 Yamaha FJR 1300. Each bar shown on the Carbtune manometer is linked to four cylinders of the engine in order from left to right. Each solid line on the graph is 20 mm above the line below. There are smaller ticks between each solid line at 5 mm increments. The factory service manual recommends that the difference between each cylinder be no greater than 10 mm Hg. When I started the procedure there was a maximum difference of 20 mm between cylinders 1 and 2. Upon completion the difference between all cylinders was no greater than 5 mm Hg.
