Producing a small replacement part for a Ninja Kitchen System blender. The company refuses to sell the individual star-shaped drive bit, and requires the end user to instead either send the unit in for repair, or buy a whole new pitcher complete with drive assembly for $40. I chose to print out my own replacement part instead.

Software used for printing: SketchUp 8, Slic3r 0.9.2, PrintRun.
Hardware: MakerGear M2.

Hardware: Canon Vixia HF G10, Rode VideoMic.
